Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and guest bathroom has full size tub with shower.

Note: Neighbors own adjoining lot w/shared driveway and will occasionally be on site along with their friendly lab.

To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $120.00 is charged per reservation; which also includes one set of linens and towels. All reservations require a $300.00 damage deposit that will be charged to your credit card 7 days prior to check-in. There is a 4% Booking Fee, 4% County Tax and a 4% State Tax Rate.
